HELD: Judgment affirmed; defendant enjoined from otherwise conveying the adjacent lot and from removing any further trees from the adjacent lot, based upon doctrine of promissory estoppel. 251 Ga. App. 101, 553 S.E.2d 638 (Ga. Ct. App. 2001).

Baker represented a national credit union in bankruptcy litigation that determined that the corporate debtor had absolutely assi ... gned to the credit union its interests in the rents to the debtor's commercial property; as a result, the debtor had no cash flow with which to reorganize the business. The bankruptcy court's decision was affirmed on appeal by the district court. 437 B.R. 306 (W.D. Tenn. 2010).
