Chuck and Deb very helpful
They handled my chapter 7 very professional and set us up on very EZ payment terms. Explained everything very thoroughly and all my follow up calls. Paralegal Deb also gave good advice on applying for a loan modification on our house. The process was pretty simple, only 2 office visits and court date...

My husband and I met with him to discuss some tax issues we had from previous years He was extremely rude and direct and I felt attacked I was disappointed with his advise and would never recommend him.

Excellent lawyer
I hired Chuck to handle my Capter 7 case. I followed his advice and everything worked out perfectly. His office kept me informed, answered all questions when I called them and let me pay on a payment plan. No complaints and I would highly recommend him.

rip off , doessn't live up to what he says.....
We put our trust and 800.00 dollars into this lawyer for chapter 7 filing , and after a year and beating around the bush , and letting our bills get even more backed up to where we were getting sued, tells us that we were not qulified.... he would not refund any money even the court cost we paid of 2...
