Absolutely do not work with this lawyer. He has hands down been one of the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with. I signed Bob last fall to help me settle a number of outstanding balances. After he took my money, it was damn near impossible to reach him. It took him weeks to send the... initial letters (only after constant nagging by voicemail, since he never called back). I finally got fed-up and called the companies myself, found the correct person, and sent Bob the information to settle---he still didn't follow-up and didn't call me. Then, he disappeared for another 3 months, until finally, I asked him to photo copy my file. My assistant called Bob every couple days for over 4 weeks--just to get copies. Nothing. No response. Worst of all, when I finally fired him yesterday and told him how unprofessional his operation is, he looked at me with out a care in the world, shrugged his shoulders, and gave me a very useless and insincere apology. $700 bucks and 6 months later, nothing has happened. This guy is total loser. Stay away from him.
