Mike and his team helped me transition my aunt into Medicaid. She had advanced dementia and as her Power Of Attorney, I had to manage her finances for the last two years of her life. Mike’s team helped me get her into a private pay facility until her money was depleted, then into a Medicaid facility. Mike Mason is a great attorney, not only did he take care of our wills, and a legal dispute we had with ease. But he explained everything and was very responsive when we had a question. His bill rate is very reasonable, and we were totally satisfied with his service. Oh and with regard to that legal ...dispute, Mike recovered 100% of our money.

We hired Mike to defend us in a case of “Failure to Disclose”. Mike dragged this case out for 2 years, he never used all the facts and tried to discredited the Defendants attorney resulting in our loss in a shut and dry case. Mike went as far as saying before the Court lunch break “we should have... an offer after lunch” after lunch the judge ruled that we failed to provide the necessary evidence to prove our case. In others word we lost. The whole time we were with Mike he tried to provide a false since of hope. He was over confident and extremely cocky. We were told from the beginning that if we didn’t like something that was going on or said to speak up. When we did he threatened to drop us, at that point we were 8k deep in with him. Mike is not a very good attorney and he is terrible with communication. He is good at taking your money though.
