Kimberly Danette Puckett

As an Attorney with more than 16 years experience and a Mediator with over a decade of experience, most of my family law and mediation cases are resolved by Agreement. However, due to my expertise as a Child Welfare Law Expert, I am frequently appointed by Superior Courts and Juvenile Courts to serve as an expert and legal counsel to children which requires me to be in Court making recommendations, presenting and cross-examing witnesses and negotiating agreements on behalf of children.

As a family lawyer, I handle divorce, legitimation, child support, adoption, contempt, modification, protective orders, paternity & legitimation. Other attorney's contact me about their cases for advice. I worked for the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence, subcontracted for Georgia Legal Services to represent victims of domestic violence, and worked for my own firm representing clients in all areas of family law.

I reside in the Paulding County community with my husband and children. I attend church locally at Dallas First Assembly of God with my family. I enjoy traveling with my family and socializing over lunch with my family and friends.
