Biography
I help injured workers file for workers' compensation benefits, obtain a hearing on denied claims and seek additional damages from negligent third parties. Unlike most other law firms in the area, I focus my practice primarily on workers' compensation and related areas such as personal injury.
With 17 years of legal experience, eight of them dedicated solely to Georgia workers' compensation, I have the knowledge and skill to help you with your claim. I spent many years working for a large insurance defense firm that represented employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases, so I know how the opposition thinks. This is an advantage you will not find in many plaintiff firms. I also have extensive trial experience and have tried some of the most complex issues in Georgia workers' compensation law. I will settle cases when appropriate, but I will also go to trial when necessary.
