Jason Lee Bowman

Mr. Bowman represented me in a judgement filed against me with my HOA. The HOA had actually not posted the money correctly and was asking for more money and attourney fees than what we agreed upon. Mr. Bowman handled the case after reading all the e-mails and paper work that we were given. The HOA... tried to receive more funds from me after agreeing that the judgement was met and paid in full. Mr. Bowman filed the appropiate paper work and contacted the HOA to get the matter resolved. They did not respond to Mr. Bowman timely, however, Mr. Bowman remained unmoved by their lack of communication. After speaking with the HOA they did agree that they had misused and posed our money innappopiately. Mr. Bowman actually found where they owed us a credit and did ask for it, as we received it within the following week. The issue would have not been resolved had we not hired and placed our trust in Mr. Bowman. He knew after reading and looking at the information that I had given him that the HOA was at fault. Thanks to Mr. Bowman it was resolved and the HOA did refund our money.
