About Brad
Biography
Brad has actively practiced law since his graduation from law school in 1992. A graduate of Clemson University in 1989, Brad continued his studies by attending law school at Walter F. George School of law at Mercer University. He has practiced his whole career in Cedartown, Georgia, focusing his practice on personal injury, workers' compensation, criminal defense and all areas of domestic relations to include divorce, custody and child support matters. Brad has achieved an AV rating from Martindale Hubble, the highest rating an attorney can obtain from his peers. For 13 years, Brad served as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Cedartown which has given him the unique perspective of evaluating cases both as a Judge and attorney. Since 1998, Brad has served as the County Attorney for Polk County. Brad and his wife Leslie have been married since 1994 and have three children. Brad enjoys exercise, golf and is an avid fan of the Clemson Tigers.
