Robert Benjamin Eddleman

We hired Robert Eddleman for my dad . My dad has been locked up for 6 months now . He did nothing for my dad whatsoever. He never showed up to court , nor went to see my dad . He always made excuses , we paid him money he never once did anything at all. He let my dad sit there with no answers and kno...wing anything . I DO NOT recommend him as a lawyer he’s no good . He does nothing but steal money . He is very rude and doesn’t do his job .

This was my first time ever in trouble with the law and I was held for an unreaonable amount of time and arrested for driving under the influence of antidepressants. Mr Eddelmann basically sat in the courtroom and said nothing, he had me rush to sign paperwork during court without getting a chance t...o read or review. He let the D.A. throw me under the bus and give me the maximum penalties and fine the law can give. Then he lied and told me I would get a limited driving permit and never gave me copies of the paperwork he hd me sign. After weeks of phone calls, messages etc he advoided his duty as my lawyer and I never received a call back or any paperwork from his office. Which he now works at the law office of the Former Daniel Barnes. Do not waste your money you can do a better job defending yourself.

Robert made promises after promises to my family on several things. He took money from us and never did what he said he would do. He made promises to a dieing cancer patient and never followed through. He takes advantage of people that don't know any better. He filed a lawsuit and then never answ...ered the court after that which resulted in a lost case. He took money for an estate but never did anything related to that estate. It is still open and unresolved to this day. He led us on for over 3 years and continued to take money payments knowing that he was not going to represent as he should. He should have his license removed. His new wife also was his receptionist and every single time that you would speak with her she would lie to you over and over again. His latest receptionist Paula even told me that she did not know why he would return anyones calls or talk to his clients and that what he was doing was wrong. This man needs to be stopped. DO NOT HIRE HIM if you want good legal help. All he will do is take your money and run. He also is very unprofessional and smokes in his office while you are trying to have meetings with him.

I gave Robbie a good review when he first went to court for me. The reason why we got what I wanted was because the other party didn't show up for court. However, after a yr and a half of that first court appearance, it has incredibly took thousands of dollars out of my pocket and still waiting fo...r my case to be settled. Never got what was awarded to me in the first hearing because he failed to file in the appropriate time. He was fined a contempt charge for being late when we went to the second court date and failed miserably at the third court date, because he was not prepared. I felt like a idiot next to a fool. Since then, no other court date given, No return of calls or e-mails. No NOTHING. And I'm out of my thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it and an attorney who takes your money and that's all he does. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL. My case is still open which should have been settled back in April, 2013.
