Justin M. Flinn is a native of Carrollton, Georgia. Born in Carrollton in 1996, he grew up playing soccer, baseball, and was actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America. Justin received the Boy Scouts of America's highest rank of Eagle Scout in 2013. Justin attended Oak Mountain Academy from Kindergarten until he graduated in 2014. Justin has a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. Justin went to law school at Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 2021 and was admitted to the State of Georgia Bar in October of 2021. He joined the Law Offices of T. Michael Flinn in May of 2021 as a general practice attorney.
Justin has worked alongside his Dad, T. Michael Flinn in both consumer law cases against car dealerships and in juvenile court representing the Department of Family and Children Services as an Associate Special Appointed Attorney General. Justin also has experience in handling a variety of traffic citations and misdemeanor crimes.
