I hired Dara Betts on April 2016, after I fired my first lawyer, I was exited that she will bring me right and work hard for me as she said on my consultation date, it was my worst choice that make me spend a lot without having any result, she didn’t study my case or do any effort to bring me my righ...t, she know I’m working part time I’m not making money to survive then paying her bills, she cost me $3000 for the mediation date, I asked her before to not spend more then 4h, if we didn’t reach a point we just leave and go to court, wish we spend 9h without no result. Because of that I gave up everything, I know she never study my case, i gave her all paper to prof my ex he lied but she didn’t look at them she only charged me that she did, whish I find out by her question about the paper I gave her, that she didn’t spend no time to look on it, Instade she charged me 10h reading paper, I will never recommended to no body.

This practice and Dara Betts have been a life saver. Dara is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has helped my entire family with legal issues as well as the entire creating wills and all the stuff that goes along with that. She has made very helpful suggestions that made things easier a...nd more clear. I highly recommend her for any legal needs.

Hired her to handle my divorce, so far I have gotten absolutely nothing positive from the 11 months & over $10,000 worth of employing her,or from her partner Martin Lively. I am in the process of firing her (them) and trying for find an experienced and knowledgeable attorney to represent me. Comple...te waist of time & money, do NOT hire this firm!
