I am an experienced attorney and litigator who has successfully helped many individuals over the last twenty-five years to strategically resolve their legal matters. My professional experience includes working as a Federal litigator; a State Court Judge's Staff Attorney; an associate attorney at both a large Atlanta insurance defense firm; and, a civil litigator for a large, Marietta-based law firm.
In 2011, I decided to work for myself and formed the Domestic and Civil litigation branch of a small firm. In 2018, I transitioned from a firm partner to the owner of my own law firm, Henrickson Law Group, LLC. Henrickson Law Group, LLC was formed to focus on family law clients with their divorce, custody, adoption, legitimation, name change, and estate planning needs. We are here to serve our clients in transition or planning for life change. We care about what we do.

Suzanne takes sides, and it might not be yours
If I could give zero stars I would. Suzanne blew my case on the last leg of the journey. After paying her $5k, she racked up another $5k in nickel and dime charges. She charged me for emails that were sent to me that didnt even pertain to my business with her. While well organized, Suzanne will take ...
To J.G: I sincerely regret that your Wife decided to divorce you. Notwithstanding, it does not benefit anyone, including yourself, to lie about what transpired in your case. Just because your divorce order was not drafted to your liking does not mean that it is faulty. Your behavior in posting false statements about your representation will not cause me to write off the balance due and owing to our firm. I regret that our professional relationship ended because of your refusal to pay for legal services rendered. As always, I would be happy to assist you in whatever way possible, provided; however, that you pay for the services requested.

Would not recommend
I hired Mrs. Henrickson to defend me in my child custody case. I paid a $4050 retainer. She did about two hours worth of work before she hung up on me. She refused to take my calls and refused to give my money back.
Unfortunately, Michael has been posting false reviews and statements about his family law attorneys (of which I am just one). Michael consulted with me and was provided honest legal advice. I traveled to Forsyth County Courthouse, reviewed all of his legal pleadings (filed by his attorneys of record), attended a meeting with him, and had multiple in-office and telephone conferences with him. Combined, the legal services exceeded 2 hours (it took two hours to travel round trip to Forsyth County alone). Furthermore, any unused retainer fees were refunded to him. I am unaware of the ultimate result of Michael's custody dispute, as I was not his trial attorney. I wish him the best of luck and hope that he finds happiness.
"I have known Suzanne Henrickson for 10 years in a professional relationship. I have had many cases with her in our professional capacities. She is always professional, prompt with her replies, and a great adversary for her clients."
"Suzanne is incredibly smart and hard working. She is a fierce advocate for her clients. Whether she is negotiating a settlement or taking a case to trial, you can be assured you are getting the best possible representation with Suzanne on your side."
