I hired Ms. Woodall in 2017, I told her that I needed an attorney that would have my best interest during my divorce. In my opinion What I got was an attorney who was not knowledgeable about the law and constantly asking for money, though we never made it to court. I continuously asked her what my ca...se status was and have you talked to the other attorney. In my opinion it seemed I would almost have to force her to contact my wife's lawyer. It is my opinion that she was never aggressive, she would say I just need another payment to take us to the end of the case but there was never an end. After almost a year of seemingly no results. I asked her to please remove herself from the case. I filed for a hearing myself and hired another attorney. Surprise, surprise I was divorced in a month. From this new attorney I learned that I didn't have to pay the whole mortgage on a house I didn't live in and that my ex wife should have paid at least half. My new attorney asked why I never got an emergency hearing? She said a judge would have made her pay because she had no vested interests to do so. In my opinion that would have been nice to know from Ms. Woodall. I wound up paying the entire mortgage for a year. Then the new lawyer asked me why I was giving my wife 35% of a house she did not buy, never paid mortgage in, and her name was not on the deed. My new attorney explained that she could have gotten that percentage much lower. In my opinion that would have also been nice to know from Ms. Woodall. Instead Ms. Woodall worked a 65% to 35% split. I never write reviews but I am making a special exception for Ms. Woodall. There are thousands of good attorneys in the Atlanta to Dallas GA area, in my opinion she is not one of them. Save your self some time and money by always check reviews when hiring an attorney. In my opinion run from any attorney with low rating on Avvo and other such sites.

I have used Ms. Woodall's services twice in the last dozen years in family court. While these situations are never pleasant, I have been satisfied with her work in both cases. It isn't difficult to find an attorney who will run up your bill with phone calls and letters that accomplish nothing. But... many times, you are better served with a more rational, measured approach. Ms. Woodall was excellent counsel with good strategy and methods. She kept me informed and confident that things would work out as we intended. I would definitely use her again.

Mrs Woodall does not usually do traffic violations but she was kind enough to take this case I was falsely charged of trying to conceal a tag when I was arrested for driving a 50cc moped with a suspended license The solicitor wanted me to spend several days in jail plus $3000.00 dollar fine and 2...0 hours of community service. Mrs Woodall sent a few emails to the court solicitor pointing out that I did not have to register any motor bike under 50cc . I was only convicted of driving without a license I served no time in jail and my fine was dropped to $300 .00 Thankyou Mrs Woodall

Ms. Woodall's office handled my uncontested divorce very well. Though they were a bit difficult to reach at times, making the process take longer than it should have, I don't blame them as during my divorce it seems other attorneys were having issues with the court system moving slower than normal. H...er rates were reasonable and she was very knowledgeable about the law and my options. She was adept at discouraging my ex-wife from harassing me and attempting to change the terms of the divorce to force me to pay more in attorney fees (in other words, Ms. Woodall isn't greedy; she did what was best for her client in good faith, in my opinion).
