I counsel corporate and individual clients as to whether their inventions can be protected under the patent laws. For those inventions that qualify, I prepare patent applications, file the applications in the US Patent Office, and interface with the Patent Office on behalf of the client throughout the patenting process.

I counsel businesses on the marks that can set the business apart from others as the source of their goods and services. I analyze trademark searches, prepare and file trademark applications and prosecute those applications in the trademark office to help my clients protect their business reputation and identity.

I am a mediator registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and deal only with non-family related matters.
