Kenneth James Bentley

Ken is a member of the litigation group at Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C. His practice focuses on assisting clients in business and commercial lawsuits, as well as personal injury and medical malpractice disputes.

Before graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, Ken was a finalist in the American Bar Association’s Business Negotiations Competition and won national and local moot court competitions. Ken also interned with the in-house legal departments of both a large international corporation with a billion dollar annual revenue stream and a small tech start up barely getting on its feet. He relies on the insights gained through these experiences every day, as he advocates for businesses and individuals in the state and federal courts.

In his free time, you’ll probably find Ken running, watching a movie, backpacking through the Georgia wilderness, or on a date with his wife, Lindsey.
