I have consulted with York Gaskill on three matters thus far, and am about to do so again. The first was an injury claim. Other well-advertised injury attorneys refused this claim because it wasn’t large enough. I made sure all knew I was looking for fair compensation and only wanted to start with a ...demand letter. They fought for me and exceeded my expectations! Second case was pulling together documents for my 18 year old daughter on her way to college. They are very easy to work with. Not even a hint of sleeve, and get the job done. I recently contacted them regarding a fender bender in Hall County, and they suggested i would be better consulting a different attorney in that area, which I appreciated. I still always will call them first!

I had hired Mr.Gaskil for a civil lawsuit, which he claiimed to have expertise handling. fter paying a hefty retainer, we quickly realized how he runs his practice to purely make money and not help the consumers with their needs. he had no expertise handling real estate commission dispute however, to...ok my case, charged us money and did not gide us about our rights, defences or worked in our best interest. He infact collabrated with the opposing counsel and fulfill everything they demanded. He pressurized us to settle and threated to back out of the case if we do not agree to mediate by putting us in a situation to loose legal counsel plus the retainer for doing the duplicate work. Because of this attorney, me and my family suffered a big financial harm and definately do not want any other family to be impacted like us. He might be an attorney who does a good job handling admin work like tittle transfer, will etc but definately not capable of handling civil cases where the attorney needs to be knowledgable enough to protect their client.
