Marijuana Distribution

OUTCOME: Not Guilty on Distribution; Guilty on Simple Possession (12mos with 2 for 1 and credit for time served. He served no additional days in jail.)

Client was charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, which is a 10-year felony in GA. Client was adamant that he was not selling marijuana, so we had a Jury Trial.
