Don Benson

Don has more than twenty-five (25) years of experience in all aspects of employment litigation. As our Director of Overtime and Pay Claims, Don helps protect employee/clients under the wage and hour laws. Don is a trained mediator and an aggressive advocate of alternative dispute resolution to help employee/clients obtain early and complete relief for all hours worked and proper overtime payment. He is an experienced litigator in state and federal courts for both individual plaintiff and collective action cases. Don is from Atlanta, attending Henderson High School in DeKalb County.
