Massiel Ninoska Silva

With years of experience practicing immigration law before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Department of State, Massiel Silva, along with her partner Peter Tadeo, Esq. founded the firm Tadeo & Silva Immigration Attorneys. Attorney Silva is a current member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association. 

Massiel Silva graduated from Emory University School of Law and Georgia State University. While in law school at Emory, Attorney Silva was the Vice- President of the National Hispanic Bar Association Law School Division of the Georgia-Alabama-Mississippi region. She was also the Vice-President of the Latin American Law Student Association and a member of the Immigration Law Practice Society. During college, Attorney Silva worked for close to two years at the Latin American Association, where she found her passion for advocacy for the immigrant community. Attorney Silva was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the United States to pursue a legal education. She is an avid world traveler and enjoys dancing ballet and practicing yoga.
