Mary Ellen Meyer

I have a decade of experience representing individuals and businesses in both state and federal courts. My experience extends to cases in a variety of practice areas such as intellectual property (trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets), real estate, landlord-tenant, construction, trade secrets and unfair competition, employment discrimination and non-compete, business “divorce” and partnership dissolution, entertainment law, and personal injury. My trial experience includes commercial arbitration proceedings in addition to multiple jury trials.

Despite my trial experience, the majority of my cases are resolved through settlement and mediation becasue it is usually in the client's best interest. This is especially true in cases where the representation is billed on an hourly basis.
