Mark Bips is a native Atlantan, married with 2 grown children. He has practiced law since 1985 and spent many years before that in the Dispute Resolution field. He has a Master of Laws in Litigation in addition to a Juris Doctor and enjoys all types of trial work.
Bips & Bips, P.C. was founded by his mother, Virginia A. Bips who became a member of the Georgia Bar in 1946. He currently practices with his brother, R. Andrew (Andy) Bips with offices in Decatur and Newnan. Mark handles all types of family law, (divorce, custody child support) probate, Wills and Administration, civil and criminal trials.
