Due to aggravated nature of charge the conviction was highly likely however client, a well known local chef, was allowed to check in ... to jail on multiple seperate occasions to satisfy terms of sentnece whihc allowed no interruption of his work obligations. Very happy client. 3rd DUI is pending but there is a much better defense to it.

Case has been dismissed by Plaintiff and Client is continuing on for the damages he incurred due to the negligence, bad faith, and misleading/deceptive trade practices of the Bank.
