Stan Browning's firm exceeded our expectations and were understanding, personable, and conveyed the experience needed to hire as representation for Chapter 13 case. Everything was handled appropriately until Jennifer Keskeny began to lead the matter. Ms. Keskeny is clearly over compensating for her... lack of knowledge and experience by berating her clients and speaking to them as if they are children. At some point, she became a partner in the firm with the lofty experience as an attorney of less than 24-months. This obviously went straight to her head. Jennifer clearly lacks maturity to have difficult conversations with clients, and seems to forget that the word client infers that she is being paid for her services and that speaking down to said client is bad for business. Good luck with the rest of your career, Ms. Keskeny. If you continue to treat people with such disrespect, your customer base will progressively dwindle until you are waiting around emergency rooms looking for your next client...of course that would require you to act with some level of compassion...
