OUTCOME: Waiver approved and client granted Lawful Permanent Residency

Client had come to the U.S. as an infant. He had gone through a rough patch as a young adult and had multiple criminal convictions. He had completely turned his life around and was married to a U.S. ci ... tizen and had 2 U.S. citizen children. USCIS found him to be inadmissible because of his past convictions. I was able to overcome this finding and after a difficult process I was successful in convincing USCIS to waive his past and admit him as a Lawful Permanent Resident. Client is now a Lawful Permanent Resident with a new purpose in life.

OUTCOME: All filing fees waived, Medical Disability Waiver granted, and Naturalization application approved. Client granted U.S. Citizenship.

In this case I represented a Refugee and Green Card holder with a debilitating medical condition who wished to become an American citizen. Her case had previously been denied by USCIS. Upon reapplying, ... I convinced USCIS to waive all filing fees, grant the client's medical disability waiver, and approve the naturalization application. Client is now a U.S. citizen.
