I have 35 years representing clients in both litigation and transactional matters across the country. Early in my career, I represented governmental entities in litigation matters. In time, my practice shifted to representing insurance companies in regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. Today, while I continue to represent clients in the insurance industry, I also advocate for consumers in class action lawsuits against insurers who cheat their customers. Other than class action work, my litigation practice includes business disputes, overtime cases, and real estate litigation. I’m an active member of both the Florida and Georgia bars and maintain practices in both states. My work has also taken me to state and federal courts across the country, including Montana, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, New Jersey, West Virginia, Texas, etc. I’ve served as class counsel for clients nationwide, securing over $200,000,000 for consumers.
