Foster Peebles is the absolute worst attorney I have ever worked with. He promised to recover every penny from the insurance company, but then completely abandoned my case. Despite countless phone calls, emails, messages, and follow-ups with his secretary for an update, he ignored me for an entire ye...ar. He advised me not to speak with my insurance company, yet he failed to communicate with them as well. Ultimately, my insurance company closed my claim which was a guaranteed 100% win citing a complete lack of activity and failed contact attempts from my attorney. I wasted a whole year with Foster Peebles. After hiring new counsel, I learned that he habitually takes on cases only to sit back and hope the insurance company pays out automatically. If that doesn't happen, he simply breaches his contract with you. To make matters worse, he uses unqualified experts who have no idea what they are doing. Do not hire Foster Peebles, and do not trust a single word he says.
