Andrew J. McCumber

Andrew J. McCumber, Sr. is a personal injury attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys and an accomplished trial attorney with more than a decade of experience in complex civil personal injury litigation. Twice featured on SC Lawyers Weekly’s annual Top 25 Settlements and Verdicts list, he is admitted to practice in Georgia and South Carolina.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Charleston School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government with a concentration in Political Thought from Wofford College. He has spent his entire legal career in civil litigation with an emphasis on plaintiff’s personal injury cases, representing individuals in automobile collisions, defective products, negligent security, premises defects, and medical malpractice. His practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, and products liability.
