If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. I retained William Kitchens in June of 2023. It is now June of 2024 and he has yet to provide me with completed papers. This is after NUMEROUS attempts to reach out and work with him. I am typically very patient and understanding, but his lack o...f professionalism and consistency is INEXCUSABLE. Don't be fooled, he can definitely talk the talk, but that's it. No action--only empty words, ridiculous excuses, and false promises. He came as a referral from a friend, which was why I went into it quickly. Word of mouth means something to me. I believe that how you treat people is of the utmost importance. He's treated me-- at the most vulnerable time in my life-- like trash. NO returned calls, NO returned emails, NO completed papers. He's done nothing for me in over 365 days when he promised that he could handle an uncontested divorce within 60 days. He'll take your money and do the bare minimum--next to nothing. He's even had me miss work and come to the office for a scheduled appointment, and him not even be there. The list goes on. Please take my advice and run screaming in the opposite direction. Tell your friends, to tell a friend...my hope is nobody else gets done this way.

William H. Kitchens, Jr., represented me in Hall County Georgia on a custody case on January 10, 2023. I have to admit, I was afraid in the beginning because of the previous attorneys’ misrepresentation. I kept telling Mr. Kitchens what I thought would best suit my case. But once he got the defenda...nt on the stand, the defendant was tongue tied. He didn’t know which lie to tell because Mr Kitchens put light to each lie to show the Judge that the defendant was indeed lying. He made it fun. However, I didn’t get what I asked for. But, in life you never get what you ask for. William Kitchens made sure I received better than what I originally had. He was not scared to speak up the the judge. He is the Bulldog with the stubby tail because his tail never went between his legs to this judge like the last attorney that tried and I quote TRIED. to represent me. I am honored to have William Kitchens on my side. He represented me accordingly to the law. If there was something the judge said that he didn’t quite agree with based on the facts of the law he wasn’t afraid to quote the statute nor was he afraid to shepherdize the case that he believed would best suit my case. We may have to appeal the decision but if we do then I will use this attorney a thousand times over. He comes highly recommended by me and many others. ❤️❤️❤️
