We hired Ms. Sierra Lawrence for a landlord/ tenant issue. We had a tenant who was in violation of the lease agreement and over stayed the move out date. We were super pleased with her services. Ms. Lawrence was professional, detailed, and organized. She was personable and understanding of our needs ...in desired outcome in the case. By the way the judge ruled in our favor. In a time when COVID guidelines are in place and laws appear to favor tenants, we are super thankful for the judge ruling on our side.
