My son (2 at the time of the accident) and I were hit by a car while walking across a cross walk, my son landed on the hood and rolled off onto the pavement if the car didn’t stop she would’ve killed him, so I hired this guy. This accident was in May of 2017. I have been trying to reach him to figure... out what we needed to do seeing as there were no serious injuries and just wanted to settle didn’t think it’d be that hard. A year passes, I had to try contacting him for MONTHS before he decided to call me back, he told me to trust him he knows how to do his job. Obviously not, last November I started trying to get a hold of him and I tried starting once a week call leave VM wait after 4 months of nothing it moved to multiple times a week, hell by May I was calling everyday. Here we are still haven’t heard anything. But at this point it’s too late. Thanks for nothing.
