Retain local counsel, it will cost you more to travel to Turner to negotiate your ticket.

Super speeder fee is administrative in nature, statute of limitations is not applicable.

I doubt it unless you have something nefarious in your back round, paying a ticket is entering a Guilty plea.

They are paid either by the State or the County, the incentive is in the seeking of justice for the Defendant.
