Oliver S. Tum Suden

I am a licensed attorney that has always been fascinated by how businesses operate, generate revenue, and manage risk. My approach complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, consumer fraud, and providing counsel to clients or internal stakeholders is done with long-term strategy and cost in mind.

I have found success in both state and federal courts at the trial court level, and the appellate level at the Georgia Supreme Court and the Illinois Court of Appeals.

My volunteer work includes serving as a member of the board of directors at an Atlanta-based nonprofit, where I've been able to make significant contributions in corporate governance and the board's oversight functions.
