He takes most of his cases from Cobb county public defenders office. His work shows. I hired him and he acted like he understood my concerns with my first attorney. He would delay me and stonewall any attemtp to make headway in the case. He would not make motions that were imperative to proving that ...I was being framed. He also showed up at court intoxicated, I should have addressed the judge, but I was hoping he was still going to do his best for me after a bad day. This is not the case. He calls me paranoid and belittles my concerns. Deliberately did not answer questions on email to keep himself from creating a paper trail in things I have asked. He also left justin Wyatt and associates and I had to hunt down my file. He would eat his lunch during our meetings I had to work too hard to have arranged and would rather talk about cats and his divorce than my case in the precious 30 minutes I had. He also has an extremely limited knowledge of technology, which as an attorney is a duty to understand as technology is such an intricate part of our lives and cases. This man should not be practicing law, go a head and plan for jail, as this man does not work for his clients, merely a clerk for the state to help them with the conviction process. He said he would bring up concerns yet stayed silent as the prosecution was able to bolster their position by exaggerating, twisting, and inventing their truth about me. Terrible experience. I wanted to like him as a person and he certainly erroded any likeable traits. I WARN you, do NOT hire him or his past firm Justin Wyatt and Associates.
