If he posts bail, he gets out. If he doesn't post bail he stays in until his case is resolved.

Your granddaughter probably forged your name and submitted the paperwork. That would explain how she got the loan without you signing anything.

It could be probation or it could be prison. Your odds are much better with a lawyer than without.

Yes you need a lawyer and if you can afford a regular marijuana habit then you can also afford a lawyer.
