By now, he has likely appealed his conviction, lost, filed a habeas corpus, and lost. So when you say "handle his case" what do you mean? Parole?

No, you can't get reimbursed even if you win. Good luck finding a "discovery form." I've never seen one. Every lawyer I know has his own version.

No. Only the cases in the same county can be on the same indictment. At minimum, he will have 4 cases.
