All you can do is keep him away from minors. It's too late to prosecute him criminally or to sue him or sue the church.

Those are called "public defenders." They are overworked and underpaid, so they will get to him when they get to him.

Why wait? Why not have your sister give you temporary guardianship while she is still alive? That will help the daughter with the transition, too.

You can't keep title, registration and insurance in a dead man's name. Also, the lender (bank, credit union, etc.) wants to have a LIVING person...

Is he a citizen? How does he NOT have a SSN if he's old enough to go to prison?
