Maybe. Maybe not. Just because you want to "take the charges" doesn't mean there isn't enough evidence and charges to go around for everyone. ...

17 means "not 18", so no, you can't move out. Having a child is irrelevant. That doesn't make in an adult yet.

Most dumpsters are privately owned and on private property, making it trespass to "dumpster dive."
