She can be arrested for a misdemeanor UP TO two years after the offense. She can be arrested for a felony UP TO four years after the offense.

Why would the court NOT allow you to marry this man? There's no law against marrying an undocumented alien, if that's what you wanted to do.

The "Lemon Law" applies only to new cars. When you buy a used car, you are buying a car with very little assurance of quality.
