Mr. Ted B Herbert was referred to me by some of the best lawyers in the region, and he has the best advice that I have ever received. He is definitely an ethical man. I would recommend him particularly because he is the ONLY attorney willing to tackle the issue of discrimination / libel / slander. ... I visited him at his office for an appointment - he sees clients by appointment only - and he took the time to help me out and answer all the questions I had. His experience showed - Mr. Herbert thought and considered my case from multiple points of view and didn't just give a short answer. He helped me understand WHY he gave me the advice that he did. His many years of family law are evident - he helped me resolve some questions about marriage and how the law works against the unmarried. His sense of ethics is something that I appreciate.
