Barry Staples

Mr. Staples has been very helpful in my child guardianship/custody case. He listens to what you have to say, explains what's going on, and what all he needs from you. He explains each step of the process, and makes sure you understand what it entails. I've never had a problem with him, he has ret...urned my calls, left me text messages, voice mails, sent emails to me. I can't explain just how helpful, and understanding he has been. Best part is he cares, and he listens to you. You can't go wrong with him.

Highly intelligent and does return phone calls and answer emails. He actually cares and gives sound legal advice with no fluff. I had a difficult divorce, and am extremely happy I hired him. He also has helped me after my divorce to get my legal issues in order. I was in a mess, and I'm fine now than...ks to Barry.

I didn't have to wait around for days to get a response from Mr Staples. He was very prompt. He didn't make me feel like I was wasting his valuable time, but instead, put me immediately at ease with a conversational tone that dispelled any fears I held about "talking to a lawyer." I wish I didn't h...ave to go through a rather painful, contested settlement and divorce, but I am certainly more confident and comfortable knowing Mr Staples is in my corner.
