Ms. Hungerford attended Auburn University and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology in 2009. During the course of her studies at Auburn, Ms. Hungerford served as a Research Assistant in Cognitive Psychology. She lelected to apply her interest in psychology to the pratice of law and was admitted to the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. Ms. Hungerford received her juris doctorate in 2013, graduating cum laude and in the top 8% of her class. During her time in law school, Ms. Hungerford served as President of the Georgia Student Bar Association and also was honored as an Abraham Caruthers Legal Writing Teaching Fellow.
Leslee Hungerford came to O'Dell & O'Neal in the fall of 2013 upon being successfully admitted to the Georgia Bar. She has focused her initial practice in Probate Law, Domestic and Family Law and in general Civil Litigation. In just a short time, she has already gained courtroom experience and taken primary responsibility for numerous client matters. In helping clients nagivate through the Probate process, Ms. Hungerford provides compassionate guidance and attention to the requirements of the Court. Ms. Hungerford is also available to clients who need to establish Guardianships and Conservatorships over incapacitated adults through the Probate Court. Ms. Hungerford is a trained Guardian Ad Litem and represents children in both Domestic and Juvenile matters.

Probate process
