The most important thing, in every criminal case, is who is willing to do the work to be the most prepared. When I take on a new client, I start with the mindset that I plan to try the case. My clients can rest assured that I will know what happened better than they do by the time the case is resolved. Because of my background in customer service and sales, I do not alienate the prosecutors in this process. Most find me easy to work with and reasonable during plea negotiations. I stay apprised about the latest case law and statutory changes each year. No one whom I represent will be taken advantage of concerning their Constitutional Rights.

Court Appointed Attorney
A very good lawyer. He was court appointed for my daughter and went out of his way on her behalf. He handled situations that were not required and had my daughter's best interest at heart. Definitely professional. We only used as court appointed but I would surely hire if I needed legal services.
