Jason Gabriel Khano

Throughout his career as an attorney Jason Khano has been a consumer advocate. He has represented hundreds of clients in consumer bankruptcy filings and helped protect clients from harassing creditors by filing actions under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and negotiating with creditors on behalf of clients.
 

Jason is a Marietta native and attended college at Kennesaw State University where he received a full scholarship. He earned his Doctorate of

Jurisprudence from Florida Coastal School of Law. Jason began his career working with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid protecting clients who were victims of predatory lending. After returning to Atlanta, Jason began working with a prominent bankruptcy firm where he became an expert in consumer bankruptcy practice. Jason went on to manage the Atlanta office of the largest bankruptcy firm in the country.
 

Jason then decided to open his own practice where he could better serve the community by offering his expertise in more personalized small firm setting that offers a wide range of legal services to individuals in an inviting and accessible environment.
 

Jason is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of Florida. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District and Middle District of Georgia. Jason is also a member of the Metro Atlanta Bankruptcy Group and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
