J. Michael Treadaway

Mr. Treadaway is slow, disorganized and lacking in attention to details. I hired Mr. Treadaway to assist in a divorce proceeding. He asked twice for monies which I paid. There was no verbal or written contract outlining how or when monies would be paid or any accounting of those funds. I was under th...e assumption that if further $ was required it would be brought up at that point. 5 months later after the divorce I received an invoice for a rather significant sum of money. Further review showed the invoice to have a $1000 "error". I contacted Mr. Treadaway by email regarding the invoice and was afforded NO response. 5 months later her turned my invoice over for collections to another attorney and demanded interest that was never disclosed.

I'm out on bail and i had been stressing over my up coming trial but after meeting with Michael i can finally sleep again his knowledge of the law and experience made me feel more at ease cause im the only working in my Family. Well i go back to court on sep 27 but god is good and I'm confident in ... Attorney and i thank you in advance I'll keep y'all posted
