Mr. Chestnut is awesome! i have been fighting a DBA case for 15 years, finally called Herb, and wow.!! immediately put me at ease and took over and has just been exceptional for my family and I.. need more lawyers like him! in the begining, contact with mr. walter was great . for the last 2 years, i have called and e-mailed both mr. walter and mr. chestnut, and am not getting any returned call or answer's for my e-mail, in reference to my case as an injured worker in iraq. i have no idea if my case was ever settled, or ...is still on going. i am sure they are both very busy, but an answer is not asking to much.

Well I'm going through a whole lot with my injuries after being rear ended by a tractor trailor while on my job. And Mr. Chestnut has fought workers comp the entire way.
