Biography
I joined the team at Abbott & Abbott in 2016 with my primary focus and practice area being family, civil, and domestic litigation. I work closely alongside my clients to provide aggressive representation during the pendency of all legal matters, including trials, negotiations, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution, in preparing and assisting with daily needs and in providing legal advice for all family law matters.
I specialize in complex custody and divorce matters and the issues that are often comprised thereof, including: high-asset financial analysis, alimony, child support, visitation rights, domestic violence, contempt, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and so on. I also handle cases involving military divorce, same-sex family matters, and adoptions.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and went on to earn a Juris Doctor Degree with an Advanced Legal Writing Certificate from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. I am a licensed, practicing attorney and a member of the State Bar of Georgia. I became partner with Abbott, Abbott & Logan in 2021.
I approach each case with compassion and aggressive representation with an end goal of securing the best and most favorable result for my clients. Often, issues of family law represent some of (or the) most difficult time in my client's lives and that fact is not taken lightly by me. My goal is to zealously advocate and establish the best possible outcome for my clients and their families so that they can face the next steps in their lives on the right foot and in a positive direction.
