Cristina Isabel Kaiden

We contacted Kaiden and Kaiden 12/16/2013 for assistance in defending a claim/suit from Midland Funding against my wife. After discussing the case with Robert Kaiden we decided to use Kaiden and Kaiden as our attorneys. My wife has previously been sued twice by Midland for a different claim, and w...e used two different attorneys to help us with those suits. Our previous attorneys provided two and three page answers to the claims. The answers did result in the claims being voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiff, but the dismissals were "without prejudice". No counterclaims were filed on Nina's behalf. Kaiden and Kaiden is charging us a very reasonable fee (actually the same as one of our previous attorneys). We are living on Social Security and cannot afford a lot. It is already evident we are getting more for our money! After reviewing the 18 page answer, defenses, and counterclaims (with an additional 8 pages of evidence attachments) that Cristina Kaiden submitted to the court on my wife's behalf, I sent Cristina the following email. Date: Mon, 23 Dec 2013 Dear Ms. Kaiden, I am in shock!!! I don't quite know what to say! After reviewing your work submitted to the court on our behalf, it is wonderful to know we have found our knights in shining armor to defend our interests. I feel the decision to retain the services of your firm is the best decision we have made in quite a while. Your expertise in this segment of the law is apparent. I am a little more relaxed about our legal woes after reviewing your work. I now have hope that we will get through this difficult time without too much damage. Thank you for your efforts on our behalf. Attorneys have different specialties, and I regret we did not find Kaiden and Kaiden sooner for our battles with debt collectors.
