Colleen Renee Warley

Colleen Warley is a family law attorney with Petrelli Previtera, LLC, serving clients throughout metro Atlanta from the firm's Marietta office. She handles divorce, child custody, legitimation, equitable division, contempt and appellate matters.

Clients consistently describe Colleen as an attorney who truly listens. She takes time to understand a family's dynamic and goals before building a plan, and as a member of a non-traditional family herself, she knows there is no one-size-fits-all approach in family law.

She is also known for balancing strong advocacy with a real commitment to keeping costs manageable. When a case needs to be tried, she walks in thoroughly prepared. When negotiation or mediation gets a better result, she draws on the dispute resolution skills she built mediating more than 100 cases during law school.

Colleen earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was awarded a Public Interest Lawyers Association Summer Fellowship and graduated with the Highest Distinction for pro bono and public service. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geobiology from Penn State. Born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, she began her career in the nonprofit sector. Outside the office she goes to concerts, reads fantasy novels and fosters shelter dogs.
