Listen to your lawyer. You can even have the lawyer call the bondsman if it’s an issue.

Georgia doesn’t have grand theft or larceny. In any event, the prosecutor, and not the cops, gets to determine what charges someone faces.

The statute of limitations is irrelevant here. Yes, you can still be arrested. Whether Georgia would extradite you from Florida is another story.
