You can request that the judge permit you to work off your fines with additional community service. Ask your PO about this. Some POs help their...

It sounds like you do not have an attorney. If not, you have waited way too long. Hire a lawyer for the best possible outcome.

If he has a warrant out for his arrest, he can be arrested in any county in the country. This does not mean that the police in county x will arrest...
